After payment, we email a sign-in link for the vendor dashboard to the address you entered (no password needed). Our editors review any description changes before they go live.

Yes. If your email's domain matches your tool's official website, your paid plan starts the moment payment goes through, and it's confirmed when you sign in with the link we send. If the domains differ (an agency or group-company email, for example), sign in and verify with a meta tag or a DNS TXT record on the official site; the plan starts once that's done. If we can't confirm that you are the tool's vendor within 14 days of payment, we cancel automatically and refund you in full.

Without vendor verification, there's no badge and no PR placement. If verification doesn't happen within 14 days, we cancel and refund in full automatically. Once a company has verified a tool, only that company's account can sign up for it.

Japanese yen (JPY). The USD amounts on this page are rough guides at USD 1 = JPY 150; your card issuer sets the actual exchange rate. All prices are totals in JPY with tax included; there are no additional charges.

Yes. Choose "Bank transfer (invoice)" in the form and Stripe emails you an invoice, due 14 days after it's issued. Payment goes to a Japanese bank account in JPY, and transfer fees are on you. Your plan starts once we've confirmed the payment. If we can't confirm it within 7 days after the due date, the order is canceled. Vendor verification works the same way as with cards.

As soon as payment is complete (for invoices, once we confirm the transfer) and you're verified, your plan is active; PR placement and listing edits appear with the next site update. If your email domain matches the official site, PR placement and editing start at payment, and the "Vendor verified" badge appears once you sign in and confirm.

The dashboard and your listing are in Japanese, because our readers are in Japan. Your browser's translate feature works well on the dashboard, and you can always reach us in English through our contact form.

Cancel anytime from "Billing & cancellation" in the vendor dashboard. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We don't give prorated refunds when you cancel partway through a month or year. If we failed to deliver your listing or charged you twice, we refund that amount.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries every few days. If it still hasn't gone through 7 days after the first failure, we pause your paid features; they come back automatically once payment succeeds.

Yes. Stripe issues them, and you can download them anytime from "Billing & cancellation" in the vendor dashboard. Amounts match this page. AI PICKS Inc. is not a qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system.

When more than 4 companies in the same category are on Pro, the monthly price for new sign-ups rises by 30 percent. Existing subscribers keep their price for 6 months from sign-up (or the last price change), then move to the standard price at renewal. We email you 30 days before any change, and you can cancel before it applies.

Join the waitlist from the vendor dashboard (open to paid-plan subscribers). When a slot opens, the first company in line gets 72 hours to claim it (if you pass, you move to the back of the line for 90 days). If there's a waitlist 7 days before renewal, the next month's price for that slot rises by 25 percent, and keeps rising at each renewal while the waitlist lasts; it resets to the base price when the slot frees up. One company can hold the slot for up to 6 months in a row.

No. Views, search impressions and comparison exposure are in your vendor dashboard whenever you want them.
